The room was updated and clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were welcoming and courteous, gave us great tips. Marvellous location of the hotel in the middle of jackson. Besides, it was just next door to Big Spring, TX, the outlets and train tracks.

The super 8 had really kind staff who were quick to help us when we had issues. The location is great, right off the freeway, easy after a long day of driving. The breakfast included was a nice touch that we appreciated. Plus, it's close to many shops and restaurants.

Recommend it for budget travelers

I mean, we arrived 3 hours early and no fuss about check-in right away. The breakfast was solid, eggs made to order and a waffle machine, who knew waffles could be so good at a hotel.

It wasn't inexpensive, but considering everything I felt it was acceptable.

The room was not clean upon arrival, with hair in the tub and unwashed sheets. While the staff was responsive, moving to a cleaner room still did not alleviate the dust and issues. Be cautious if cleanliness is a priority.

Comfortable Room Amidst Noise

We had a restful night in the Queen Room despite the outside festivities. The room featured a clean setup with comfy bedding with a good night's sleep after a long drive. I recommend checking the air conditioning settings as ours struggled a bit during the hot July weather.
